Milk Samples.
Five samples of milk were obtained during the year, all of which
satisfied the methylene blue and phosphatase tests
Ice Cream (Fat Content).
Twenty samples of ice-cream were submitted to the Public Analyst for
lamination to ascertain the fat content, the results are shown in the table
21
