(e) Woodford County High School.—Sampling was carried
out with satisfactory results.
(f) Kingfisher Pool.—The Secretary kindly gives the follow'
ing particulars:—
"A most disappointing season with very low attendances
particularly at week-ends, due to very bad weather.
At no time was the pool full to capacity and it was
unnecessary to run the plant all night at any time in the
season.
Total attendances were down in the neighbourhood of
12,000 the corollary of which meant no ' headaches ' in keeping
the pool in perfect condition throughout the summer."
Bacteriological and chemical analyses were carried out on one
occasion with satisfactory results.
One sample of river water from the Lea was taken for
examination and found to be satisfactory.
