Average attendance per session was:- 11.93.
The percentage of new patients relative to the number of
confinements in the Hospital was 62.9
INFANTS.
The number born in the Hospital was 711; this number includes
16 cases of twins, that is 2.3 per cent. of all confinements this
year. (An average figure for twins is 1 per cent.)
The smallest infant - not a twin - weighed 2 lbs. at birth
and was discharged at 3 months weighing 6 lbs. 5 ozs.
BREAST FEEDING.

With the exception of last year, which was our most successful year for breast feeding, our figures are as good, indeed even better, than the several preceding years.
