In respect of Grade "A" (T.T.) Milk, 2; Pasteurised Milk, 3.
(b) Ice Cream.
Four samples of Ice Cream were taken for bacterial analysis,
the results being satisfactory.
(c) Meat and other Foods.
Two tins of oysters were submitted for bacteriological examination
and proved satisfactory.
During the year 592 visits were paid to the various slaughterhouses
in the district during the process of slaughtering.
The number of animals slaughtered for human consumption
was as follows:—
