"The numbers attending the Ante-Natal Centre and the
numbers sent by Midwives and Doctors continued to increase during
1932.
"Twenty-six sterilised accouchement outfits were supplied
during 1932 at cost price.
“Massage.—136 new cases attended for massage and these
made 1,568 attendances.
"Part I, Children Act, 1908.—At the end of 1932 there were
134 nurse children on the Register as compared with 143 at the end
of 1931 and 139 in 1930. During the year 81 removed, 4 were
adopted and 13 reached the age of 7 years and consequently ceased
to come under the Act. 89 new babies were registered. There
were no deaths among nurse children during 1932.
"One hundred and nine foster parents were registered at the
beginning of the year and 114 at the end."

5. TREATMENT.
(a) Orthopaedic.—The facilities provided by the Education
Authority's Orthopaedic Scheme is available for all children
attending the Welfare Centres.
