Changes in the Personnel of the Board.
Mr. Wyatt Papworth, who had been a Member of the
Board for many years, retired during the year under review.
On receiving Mr. Wyatt Papworth's resignation, the Board
passed the following resolution :—
" That this Board has received with regret the information
that Mr. Wyatt Papworth is no longer qualified to
serve as a Member. The Board desire to express to Mr.
Wyatt Papworth, upon his retirement, its sense of obligation
to him for his devotion to its duties and the value of his
great experience and utterances at their deliberations for
the past ten years."
Mr George Dibley resigned his seat on the 28th day of
September, owing to his leaving the District. Mr. J. Carr,
J.P., died on the 7th January, 1893. He had been several
