CO-ORDINATION.
The School Medical Officer is also Medical Officer of
Health.
In, January the working time of each Nurse was
apportioned equally between School Nursing and Health
Visiting.
This arrangement has proved to be far more satisfactory
than the former unequal division of duties.
Each Nurse is now allotted her particular area, in which
she carries out both Maternity and Child Welfare and School
Work.
Close touch is kept with the School Attendance Officers,
whose office is now situated at the Lodge at " Elmfield."
