The ratio of non-notified tuberculosis deaths to total tuberculosis
deaths for the year was 1—13.
No action has been taken under the Public Health (Prevention of
Tuberculosis) Regulations, 1925, or under Section 62, Public Health
Act 1925.
Maternity and Child Welfare.
Dr. J. MacLaren reports as follows on the work of the Maternity
and Child Welfare Section, for 1935.
Staff.
The staff at present consists of two Assistant Medical Officers,
seven Health Visitors, three Clerks, and one St. John Ambulance
Nurse who attends seven Clinics per week.
