VISITING.
Visits to Aldersbrook and the Scattered Homes, necessitated
at any time by illness, accident or injury to children or staff, have
been carried out in addition to the daily routine.
One hundred and eighty-six children were examined on
admission, and 196 on discharge.
DENTAL TREATMENT.
I can express myself completely satisfied with the general
condition of the children's teeth. Suitable anaesthetics are administered
for extractions when required.
Mental Deficiency Acts, 1913-27.
The ascertainment and supervision of persons coming within
the scope of these Acts, and the examination, certification and
completion of reports for the Board of Control and other Authorities,
have been carried out satisfactorily. The administration of
the mentally deficient plays no inconsiderable part in Public Health
procedure.
