There were four applications under the Milk (Special
Designations) Order for licences to sell special grades of milk.
Two were from one applicant for the renewal of licences to sell
Certified and Grade A. (Tuberculin Tested) milk, one for the
renewal of a supplementary licence to sell Grade A. (Tuberculin
Tested) milk. These licences were issued.
In the Borough there are 9 licensed cowkeepers and 20
licensed cowsheds in which there are 382 milch cows. These
cowsheds are subject to annual licensing by the London
County Council. The following Table shews the licensed
accommodation of each cowkeeper:—
