RESOLVED (a) That the mothers referred to in (i), (ii),
(iii) and (iv) be placed in category 2 of the Council's scheme
of admission to the Nurseries, subject to a minimum qualifying
period of twelve months' residence in the Borough ;
and (b) That motherless children be placed in category 1.
