127 premises in the Borough are registered for the sale
of ice-cream.
There are 3 active manufacturers of ice-cream (2 boil
mix and 1 cold mix).
The Ice-cream (Heat Treatment etc.) Regulations 1959.
Bacteriological sampling.
Six samples were obtained and forwarded for bacterio
logical examination with the following results:—
