The birth rate in these Dwellings reached a maximum of 46.9 per 1,000 in
1896, and has since been falling, as shown by the following figures:—

The Baths provided for the use of the tenants of these Buildings, which
were opened in May, 1904, continue to be extensively used, the number of
persons bathing during 1910 being 11,687, of whom 6,134 were males and
5,553 were females.

at the Baths.
