ESTABLISHMENTS FOR MASSAGE AND SPECIAL TREATMENT
The Council is the licensing authority for establishments for massage and special
treatment, under Part IV of the London County Council (General Powers) Act 1920. Byelaws made
by the London County Council in 1921 with respect to these establishments continue in force.
