" This would mean:—
Two over and one under 10 1st bedroom
Two over and one under 10, or four
under 10 2nd bedroom
Two over 10 or three under 10 3rd bedroom
" Practically these figures work out at 300 cubic feet for persons
over 10, 200 for those under, calculated on bedroom accommodation
only; and any variations in the relative numbers of persons over 10
and under 10 would be worked out on this basis.
" On the fourth floor where the rooms are smaller the numbers should
be two over and seven under 10 years, or six over and one under 10 yeais.
" Tliree-roomed Tenements.—Thirteen blocks contain these sets of
rooms. They may be divided into two groups; the tenements in each
group vary in size according to the floor. They are:—
