Sanitary Work.
For the Year ending March 31st, 1875.
The following Table (VI.) has been compiled for me by
Mr. Dickson, your Sanitary Inspector: but it does not show
a large number of minor complaints which had to be
attended to, and only gives an incomplete idea of the large
number of visits of inspection that had to be made.
The number of houses, or parts of houses, which were
disinfected after cases of infectious disease, was much
larger than last year, and includes 51 after scarlet fever, 2
after small-pox, and 1 after typhus fever.
