3.6.66.Milk and Dairies (General) Regulations, 1959. Dirty Milk BottlesDefendant pleaded guilty in two cases and in each case the Company was fined £5.0.0 with £7.0.0 costs awarded to the Council.
13.7.66.Food Hygiene (General) Regulations, 1960. Regs.5, 6, 8, 9, 14, 16, 18, 23, 24.Defendants found guilty in all cases except Reg. 14 and fined £4.0.0 in each case. Council awarded £5.5.0 costs.
10.8.66.Food and Drugs Act 1955 Complaint foreign matter in a loaf of breadDefendant found guilty, fined £5.0.0 with £5.0.0 costs awarded to Council.
29.11.66.Food Hygiene (General) Regulations, 1960. Reg.9.Defendant found not guilty. Case dismissed.

INSPECTION AT SHOPS, STORES, FACTORIES AND WHARF

Large quantities of food of all varieties were inspected, and, as a result, the following food was surrendered as unfit for human consumption, and unsound Certificates were issued.
