It is interesting to note that the mechanism of a clock situated in a high building
in the Borough was severely damaged by pigeons and it was necessary for the owner to carry
out extensive repairs.
In order to deal with pigeon nuisances effectively in residential areas, it is
necessary that regular quarterly treatments be maintained.
In all cases the method used by the pigeon catcher has been in accordance with those
approved by the R.S.P. C. A. and the Public Health Inspector is informed when a treatment is
to take place.
