DIPHTHERIA IMMUNISATION
During 1956, 645 children received primary injections whilst
another 595 were given reinforcing injections, representing respective
advances of 132 and 220 as compared with 1955. Bearing in mind that
no cases of Diphtheria came to the knowledge of the Public Health
Department in 1956, it is particularly encouraging to observe that public
interest in this service has been intensified,, Details of this work
for the past three years are as follows:-
