MATERNITY, CHILD WELFARE AND OTHER SERVICES
The London County Council is responsible for the day-to-day administration
of these services, with the assistance of the Medical Officers of Health for
the Boroughs of Chelsea, Fulham,, Hammersmith and Kensington,, Division 1
of the County Council comprises the above Boroughs, and Dr.B.E.A. Sharpe,
