PUBLIC HEALTH (MILK AND CREAM)
REGULATIONS, 1912 AND 1917.
The following statement shows the action taken under the
Public Health (Milk and Cream) Regulations, 1912 and
1917:—

1. Milk and Cream not Sold as Preserved Cream.

Sample No. 676.—Cream contained a preparation of boric
acid equivalent to 0.26 per cent. of crystallised boric acid.
Summons under Regulations. Fined £2 and 10s. 6d. costs.
