Articles of Food Seized and Surrendered as Unfit for
Food.—During the year 1908 the following articles were seized by
the Inspectors or surrendered as being unfit for food, viz., 2 tons,
12 cwt., 3 qrs. fish; 12 cwt., 1 qr. meat; 8 cwt., 3 qrs. fruit and
vegetables : 1 cwt., 2 qrs. tinned foods; 3 qrs. other articles of food.
DAIRIES, COW-SHEDS AND MILKSHOPS.
Cow-houses.—There are 21 licensed cow-keepers iu the
Borough owning 32 cow-sheds. This number is the same as at the
