goes on whether any special area appears to be coincident with the
disease in any way. The deaths occurring in 1902 have also been
similarly dealt with, 71 enquiries being made, and information
obtained in 35 cases.
Up to the present no special house has been noted where
any series of such deaths have occurred, but one street has
appeared somewhat frequently in the list, and it will be specially
noted whether this frequence continues in any way.

The number of children born of females who died of cancer of womb, &c.,
are—8, 4, 9, 7, 8, 1 and 0.
The number of children born of females who died of cancer of breast, &c.,
are:—15, 0, 1 and 4.
The incidents in the life of the patient which were thought
to have given rise to the condition were very various, and
included such as the following:- Blows, strains from violent
coughing and lifting, tooth extraction, excessive walking, constantly
placing money in mouth, and objectionable materials in beer
consumed (i.e., arsenic), and following upon birth marks.
