In addition to the foregoing your Officers took
possession of and destroyed a large quantity of
unwholesome fruit, most of which was consigned
from Holland to jam manufacturers in this
country. The following are the details:—
84 Bushels of Black Currants.
140 Gallons of Apricot Pulp.
120 Baskets of Cherries.
485 „ Black Currants.
3,501 lbs. (1 ton 11 cwt. 1 qr.) of Strawberries..
131 Tubs of Raspberries.
6 Boxes of Oranges.
