DISINFECTANTS.
No less than 54,200 gallons of disinfectants
were manufactured under my direction, at Golden
Lane, and distributed for various purposes
throughout the City.
The actual cost of the chemicals employed
was £171, as compared with £112 in 1895,
£195 in 1896, and £139 in 1897, which is
