To the Chairman and Members of the Wealdstone
Urban District Council.
Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit my Annual Report for
the year 1921. As I only took up the office of Medical
Officer of Health on the 1st October last, it has not been
a very easy task to compile the Report, as no doubt you
will appreciate. I have tried to keep strictly to the
latest instructions issued by the Ministry of Health concerning
these Reports.

The Registrar General supplies the following figure
as the estimated population for 1921, 13,520.
