Rural District Council.
Ladies and. Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present to you my Eighth
Annual Report upon the Health and Sanitary Circumstances
of the Orsett Rural District.
Owing to the formation of the Thurrock Urban
District, the Report this year has been condensed as
much as possible, and with the permission of the Minister
of Health, local figures for statistical purposes have
been used so that it may be completed before the 31st
March, 1936.
May I thank the Members of the Council for the
co-operation which has been given to me during my
eight years of office.
