Maternal Mortality.
15 deaths occurred from accidents and diseases of
pregnancy and six from Puerperal Fever, giving a total of 21
deaths after childbirth. This is equivalent to a rate of 4.54 per
1,000 births, compared with 4.08 in 1927,
