1, 2, 3, Great Suffolk Street. Milk bulking tank, metal cover provided.
Also cover to milk cooler and over churn when being filled from
automatic fillers.
2, Clapton Buildings. Shop parlour converted into a dairy—2
compartments. Floor concreted, sealed top gully therein. Drain to
manhole in yard. Provided and installed steam generator and fittings
in basement, steam metal sterilizing chest, metal washing trough and
1 bottle capper.
99, Crampton Street. Dairy constructed in yard—2 compartments.
Provided bottle filler (syphon) and capper. Hot and cold water laid
on. New metal dipping tank with gas jet under, 2 crates and crate
holder for sterilizing bottles.
39, Delverton Road. Dairy parted into 2 compartments. Provided
bottle capper, dipping crate to fit gas copper for sterilizing bottles.
181, Manor Place. Dairy parted into 2 compartments. Provided
bottle capper, gully sealed cover, steam sterilizing trough adjusted.
38, Penton Place. Dairy parted into 2 compartments. Provided
a new gas copper, crates and crate holder, trough with gas jet under, and
bottle capper.
64, Camberwell Road. Milk machinery removed. Premises now
used for milk store and for washing and sterilizing churns and cans.
17, Sutherland Square. Dairy constructed in yard—2 compartments.
Provided gas copper, metal trough, sterilizing crate to fit copper, 6 other
crates, 2 wooden benches, churn trolley, floor incline from shop to yard,
and bottle capper.
120, Trafalgar Street. Store and bottling room constructed in yard
off dairy. Provided and installed high pressure steam boiler (30 lbs.
press.), steam turbine brush machine bottle washer, steam metal chest
for sterilizing bottles, etc., bottle capper.
21, Globe Street. Dairy constructed out of old cowshed—2 compartments.
Provided and installed high pressure steam boiler (80 lbs.
press.) and usual fittings (Millers Hydro.), bottle washing and sterilizing
machine (1,500 bottles per hour), churn steam jet sterilizer.
24, Great Bland Street. Dairy parted into 2 compartments. Provided
and installed steam generator, auto feed and other fittings (51b.
press.), metal steam sterilizing chest.
2, Standard Street. Provided sterilizing crate to fit gas copper,
metal trough, stand and bench. Walls and ceilings newly painted.
