22, Beresford Street. Provided new gas copper, gas jet under trough,
3 special crates and crate holder, 1 bottle capper, inside gully, sealed
with cover.
19, Barlow Street. A washing-up, etc., part of dairy constructed
and adapted for the purpose, completing the second part of dairy.
Provided basket for sterilizing bottles in gas copper, and a bottle capper.
103, Villa Street. Provided gas copper, gas jet under trough, 3
special crates and crate holder for sterilizing bottles. 1 bottle capper.
17, Surrey Row. Wash-up part of dairy, ceiling provided under roof
rafters. Loft over part of dairy enclosed by a wooden front. Front and
back walls rebuilt. Provided and installed bottle washing and sterilizing
machine—"Quicka" type, 1,400 bottles per hour. High pressure steam
boiler 50 lbs. per square inch, and fittings. Milk bottle filling and
capping machine (Rotary).
58, Larcom Street. Boiler overhauled and adapted for 5 lb. pressure.
Automatic feed and other fittings. Provided 2 sterilizing crates.
Rear 26, Villa Street. Provided sterilizing tank with gas jet under
two special crates for sterilizing bottles. 1 new bottle capper.
342, East Street. Provided door between dairy and house lobby.
Basket to fit copper for sterilizing bottles. 1 bottle capper.
134, Beresford Street. Provided gas jet under trough, new gas copper,
3 new crates and crate holder for sterilizing bottles, 1 bottle capper.
152½, Blackfriars Road. Provided and installed bottle washing and
sterilizing machine (Millers Hydro.), 1,500 bottles per hour. Churn
steam jet sterilizer; metal bin for boiler fuel.
Rear of 17, Vowler Street. New first-class dairy constructed; 4
compartments—(1) wash-up, (2) store and bottling, (3) barrow store, (4)
office. Provided and installed bottle washing and sterilizing machine
(P. type, Claytons), 1,500 bottles per hour. High pressure steam boiler
(60 lbs. press.) and usual fittings. Water supply tank, etc. Steam jet
churn sterilizer. Metal washing trough (for cans, etc.). One new W.C.
and lavatory. Rotary bottle-filling and capping machine.
130, Southwark Bridge Road. Provided 2 metal troughs with gas
jet under one. Several crates and crate holder for sterilizing bottles.
61, Rodney Road. New dairy constructed in yard—2 compartments.
Provided gas copper, metal trough, 2 special crates to fit copper for
sterilizing bottles, 2 covered barrows and 1 bottle capper.
