It has given me great pleasure to have had an opportunity of
visiting and admiring your newly-erected Town Hall and of
opening a Bazaar in aid of your Parochial Schools. I trust
that every success may attend your efforts for promoting the
welfare of your Parish and the prosperity of the parishioners.

Charges for Letting the Town Hall. —The
Vestry have carefully considered and adopted a

while retaining the control of it. They have therefore
decided, subject to the consent of the County
Council being obtained to the necessary loan, to
erect a building in the same style of architecture
as the Town Hall, where a basement could be provided
and the ground floor left open as a yard; the
upper floors being capable of being let off until
