It will be competent for the Vestry to apply to
the Local Government Board to make an order conferring
on the Vestry the appointment of overseers
and assistant overseers, the revocation of appointment
of assistant overseers, the powers, duties, and
liabilities of Overseers, and the powers, duties, and
liabilities of a Parish Council (Sec. 33).
The attention of the Parishioners has been called
to the alterations in the law, by a statement printed
upon the rate notices.
