To the Vestry of the Parish of Saint James and
Saint John, Clerkenwell.

Gentlemen,
I beg to lay before you my Report upon the
Works, &c., executed by your Vestry during the
year ending Lady-day, 1885,
SEWERS AND GULLIES.
One hundred and seven Sewers were cleansed and
repaired, and 105 loads of soil removed, two new side
entrance covers were fixed, six new gullies were
constructed, 246 cleansed and repaired, and eight
trapped, eight new gulley grates and 19 new air
grates were fixed, and two flushing shafts constructed.
