For the Quarter ending 29th Sept., 1881.
To the Vestry of the Parish of Clerkenwell
Gentlemen,
During the quarter ending on the 29th
September, 1881,1 have received from your Inspectors,
Messrs. Thain and Cheshire, 25 samples for analysis,
consisting of 10 of Milk, 5 of Mustard, 4 of Pepper,
1 of Arrowroot, 1 of Beer, 1 of Coffee, 1 of Bread,
1 of Whisky, 1 of Rum, and that one of the samples of
Milk was adulterated with 4 per cent of water.
