less than 65 per cent. On the
instructions of the Council a warning
letter was sent to the butcher responsible
for the unsatisfactory sample.

Having regard to the circular from the
Ministry of Food on this subject dated
October 1950, the matter was taken up
with the Company concerned who agreed
