Fish Frying, which has been declared to be an " offensive trade "
within the Urban District, and is controlled by Bye-laws.
There were on the Register during the year five premises on
which fish frying was permitted; these premises having been
periodically inspected by the Sanitary Inspector and have been
found by him to be conducted in a satisfactory manner.
