ANNUAL REPORT
OF THE
SCHOOL MEDICAL OFFICER
FOR THE
Year ended 31st December, 1920.
To the Members of the Education Committee of the
Borough of Wimbledon.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I beg to present my Annual Report for the year 1920
with regard to the Medical Work accomplished in the Public
Elementary Schools in Wimbledon.
The Staff.
The Staff is composed of School Medical Officer and
Assistant School Medical Officer. who are respectively Medical
Officer of Health and Assistant Medical Officer of Health.
Dr. Effie Craig, Assistant Medical Officer of Health and
Assistant School Medical Officer, commenced her duties on
September 1st.
There are two fully-trained certificated nurses, Miss
Holman and Miss Walker. Besides these, Miss Fowler assists
at the Dental Clinic and Mrs. Potts undertakes the cleansing
of selected cases of verminous heads and bodies.
