Meteorological conditions have always been intimately associated
with Epidemic Diarrhœa, and the chief of these conditions is temperature
accompanied by diminished rainfall. In the year 1901, in
reporting on the same subject, I gave a chart showing graphically the
incidence of Diarrhœa during the third quarter. The incidence was
not quite as heavy in that year as in 1904, but the corresponding
weeks of the two years may be compared.
