Complications of Scarlet Fever:—
Acute Nephritis 2
Adenitis 3
Adenitis (suppurative) 1
Albuminuria 2
Angina (late) 5
Arthritis 4

Broncho-Pneumonia 1
Corneal ulcer 1
Endocarditis 1
Ear discharge (Otorrhœa) 14
Mastoid abscess 1
Meningitis 1
Nasal discharge 5
Relapse 4
Three patients notified as Scarlet Fever were also suffering from
Diphtheria.
One Scarlet Fever patient developed Measles Rash third day after
admission, and Broncho-Pneumonia supervened.
All these mixed cases were isolated in the cubicles, and no cases
of infection followed.

Anthritis accompanying rash 5

(In one case very severe).
