By the provisions of the Factory and Workshop Act, 1907,
the Factory and Workshop Act, 1901 is to be applied to
Laundries carried on by way of trade, or for the purpose of
gain, or carried on as ancillary to another business or incidentally
to the purposes of any public institution.
