Mr. Chairman and Gentlemen,
In accordance with section 3 of the order of
the Local Government Board, dated March 23rd,
1901, regulating the duties of Medical Officers of
Health, I have the honour to submit to you my
Annual Report for the year 1908, being the thirtysecond
that I have been called upon to make, and
of which copies will be forwarded, as required by
the same Order to the Local Government Board
and to the Surrey County Council ; also to the
Secretary of State for the Home Office in accordance
with sec. 132, of the Factory and Workshop
Act, 1901.
