ENTERIC FEVER.
15 cases of this disease (Typhoid Fever) were treated in the
Hospital during the year. Six of these were of one family.
Only one death occurred, this being in the later stage of
the disease, from heart failure.
PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS.
126 cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis were admitted during
the year, and with 16 cases remaining from the previous year made
a total of 142 cases treated.
Nine deaths occurred.
All the cases admitted were either insured persons or their
dependants. Most of them stayed for a period of three months,
and expressed their gratitude for the treatment received. Some
who had been previously to other sanatoria informed me that our
dietary was the best experienced.
CUBICLE BLOCK.

2 cases of Cerebro-spinal Meningitis were in a critical condition
