The maternity and child welfare scheme and the District
nurses, have given significant help to the sick and weak.
I would like to record my obligations to Mr. H. York, District
Surveyor and Mr. B. C. Waters, Sanitary Inspector, for the help
afforded me, and to express to the Chairmen and Members of the
Council my sincere appreciation of the courtesy and consideration
constantly manifested towards me during the three years that I
have acted as Medical Officer.
