24th June, at the price of £1,965 per annum for the cleansing, and
£969 for the dusting: it is intended to entrust the work to him
probationally for three months, and should he he found to carry
out the work in a satisfactory manner, it will probably be let to
him for the full period of three years for which he tendered.
The following Precepts have been issued by this Board during
the year 1877-8 for amounts required to meet the estimated local
expenditure, and the charges of the Metropolitan Board of "Works
and School Board for London, viz.:—
