CHURCHWARDENS AND SIDESMEN.
On the 10th April, 1890, The Right Hon. Lord Kinnaird and Mr.
Lionel Charles Drummond, were elected Senior and Junior
Churchwardens, Messrs. Thomas Prescott and William Stephens
Cross, Sidesmen to the Senior Churchwarden, and Messrs. Henry
Grant and William Cope, Sidesmen to the Junior Churchwarden,
The death of Mr. L. C. Drummond was reported on the 12th March,
1891, when a vote of condolence with Mrs. Drummond was passed.
VESTRY ELECTIONS.
The Annual Election of Members of the Vestry and Auditors for
the Parish took place, without contests, on the 5th May, 1890.
DEATH 0F A MEMBER OF THE VESTRY.
The death of Mr. Richard Banks was reported on the 19th
June, 1890, and on that day a vote of condolence with Mrs.
Banks was passed, which was subsequently acknowledged.
DISQUALIFICATION OF MEMBERS OF THE VESTRY.
The disqualification of Mr. Thomas Whaley, he having ceased
to reside in the parish, was reported on the 17th July, 1890. Mr.
William Wakefield having ceased to be a rated occupier in the
parish, his disqualification was reported on the 14th August, 1890.
WHTCOMB STREET IMPROVEMENT.
The London County Council not having made their promised
contribution towards the cost of the improvement, and having
declined to pay any portion of the charge for interest on temporary
overdrafts or any professional charges, on the 10th April, 1890, the
