Note.—The General Rate includes the amount required by the
School Board for London to meet their Precept, and the Sewers Rate
is inclusive of the amount required by the Metropolitan Board of
Works under their Precept.
RESIGNATION OF A MEMBER OF THE VESTRY.
On the 19th April, 1883, the resignation of Mr. Edward
James Watherston was accepted.
PUBLIC BATHS AND WASH-HOUSES.
The Rev. W. G. Humphry, and Mr. Charles C. Eames,
were, on the 17th May, 1883, elected Commissioners of the
above for the usual term of three years.
On the 4th October, by order of the Vestry, the sum of
£300 was directed to be paid by the Overseers of the Poor
to the Commissioners to meet the deficiency of receipts
under expenditure which had been accumulating during
recent years.
