28th September, 1893. That it be an instruction to the Surveyor
to send to the Director-General of Ordnance Survey, early
notification of the formation of new highways and roads, and
of important alterations in existing highways and roads.

29th November, 1893. That a visiting Committee of three
members be appointed each month to inspect the men's
Conveniences and Lavatories at Piccadilly Circus from time
to time, and to report thereon as occasion requires. (W, 14.
p. 211.)
7th December, 1893. That the Surveyor be authorised to sanction
the laying of services from mains passing the premises to be
supplied, if no distributing box is required. (V. 20. p. 29.)
18th January, 1894. That electric lighting and other Companies
having authority to break up the streets, be prohibited from
breaking up streets or carrying on other noisy operations in
the streets, between the hours of midnight and 5 a.m., except
in cases of emergency, the emergency to be established to
the satisfaction of the Vestry Clerk or Surveyor. (V. 20. p.
67.)
6th February, 1894. That the Inspectors be instructed to report
to each meeting of the Sanitary, &c. Committee as to the
occupation of the rooms at 6, Dufours Place. (S. 5, p. 164.)
8th February, 1894. That in future all accounts to be paid by the
Finance, &c. Committee, be printed in detail on the Notice
convening the meeting. (F. 8, p. 165.)
13th February, 1894. That in future the Kate Collectors be
requested to attend Meetings of the Valuation Committee
when the assessment of property is under consideration. (V.
1, p. 72.)
21st February, 1894. That a member of the Works, &c. Committee
be appointed each month to examine the Wages
Accounts prior to the meeting of the Committee, and to call
the attention of the Committee to any matters relating
thereto, which he may deem necessary. (W. 14, p. 261.)
