21st October, 1886.—That the Kate Collectors' lists of empty
houses (or each half-year be printed, and a copy thereof sent
to each Member of the Vestry. (V. 15, p. 468).
21st October, 1886.— That a list of persons in arrear of rates be
laid before the Finance Committee, who, with the Collectors,
shall go through the several cases, and that such list be laid
before the Vestry before any summons or warrant is issued.

127th October, 1886.—That it be an instruction to the Foreman of
Orderly Boys to parade the boys in the Stoneyard each morning
before commencing work, and that any boy whose jersey
may not be in good order, be kept from work, and his pay
stopped until his clothing has been put in proper order. (W. 9.

4th November, 1886.—That three written copies of the list of
persons in arrear of rates be laid on the table for the use of
Members, when such lists are being examined by the Finance

8 o'clock, and cease at 5 o'clock daring the winter months.

Law Reports" at a cost of £1 5s. per annum, the reports to be
bound from time to time, and kept in the office for reference.

printed, shall be inserted in a Supplemental Agends, and
a copy of the same exhibited in a conspieuous part of the
