Supplements Report of Works
EXECUTED BY
THE VESTRY OF ST. JAMES, WESTMINSTER,
DURING THE YEAR 1882-3.
Vestry Hall, Piccadilly,
June, 1883.
To the Vestry of St. James, Westminster:
Reverend Sir, Mr. Chairman, and Gentlemen,
But few observations are required to accompany the abbreviated
list of the Works executed by the Vestry between the dates of
March 25th, 1882, and March 25th, 1883.
As such works may be commenced a little before, and be concluded
a little after, those precise dates, one item may appear sometimes as
it were twice over. As far as practicable, I have attempted to avoid
this; which is not in itself material, the general record being
correct.
The cost of such works as appended is not in any way to be
considered, further than detail, as the whole are included in the
general Financial Statement, which covers all outlays and receipts,
and is the most important of all.
