AGES OF THE PEOPLE.
The relative ages of people living in various
parts of England and Wales vary very much
according to circumstances. The following is a
summary of the ages of persons in the three districts
of this parish:—

It will at a glance be seen how different is the
number of persons at particular ages in the three
districts. Whilst the population is nearly the same
there are more than twice the number of children
under ten years of age in the Berwick Street and
Golden Square districts than there are in the St.
James's Square district.
